This product comes in a liquid form and is designed to be dispensed by a trigger sprayer to immediately run Mice or Rats out of an area where product is used. Clean all interior areas to be treated with product. Spray product around baseboards, bottom of doors, closets, attic areas, crawl spaces, drop ceiling areas, basement areas, inside trash cans, on counter-tops, inside cabinets & drawers, behind refrigerator, around stove etc.. Spray product mainly around the outer edges of a room, between the baseboard and floor. Apply product to treated surfaces generously.  For max results treat entire unit. Wait 30 minutes after treatment and then seal exterior opens where rodents enter. If exterior opens have already been sealed, then open a door to allow rodents to exit. If unable to find rodent entry point, the product can be used to repel rodents from areas where product is used. For max results it's recommended the areas are treated twice a day.

This product can also be used on the exterior of a property to repel Mice or Rats. To do so spray product around the perimeter of your yard or porch areas. Retreat areas regularly to maintain max results.
